Privacy Policy

This site is run by Mariopio DiPasquale and Skylar Kane for the single purpose of organising our wedding. It is not a business, and we sell nothing.

The names, mailing addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of the people we have invited. If you reply to your invitation here, whatever you tell us: which events you are attending, who is coming with you, and answers to later questions such as a meal choice, dietary requirements or when you are arriving.

Either you gave it to us directly, or you entered it yourself when replying to your invitation on this site. We do not buy, rent or otherwise acquire contact details.

Organising our wedding, and nothing else. Counting heads for our venues and caterers, arranging transport and accommodation, and contacting you about the wedding by text message or email.

Our venues, caterer and transport providers receive only what they need — usually a headcount and a list of dietary requirements. We use Twilio to send text messages and Supabase to store the guest list; both act on our instructions only.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We only text people we have personally invited. Every message says who it is from and how to stop receiving them. Our Messaging Terms set out the detail.

Until shortly after the wedding, after which the guest list and everything in it is deleted.

Contact us through our wedding website and we will correct or delete anything you ask us to. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.

Children appear on our guest list only as names and ages, given to us by their parents.
